An Embarrassing Picture...Part 2

Yesterday, I posted about the first of two dresses I got at Goodwill in Charleston that needed some alterations. I know the suspense is killing you (OK, not really)...so here are the AFTER pictures of the 2nd dress.


 
Dress: Goodwill $5.99
Blazer: Goodwill (United Colors of Benetton) $3.99
Belt: Francesca's $2.50
Shoes: So old I have no idea where I got them or how much they were
Total cost: $12.48
 
And the BEFORE...
Check out this gem! It screams 80s church dress. I removed the shoulder pads and did some major hemming and Ta-Da!

    That's funny that I posted the 80s comment before seeing this! You did amazing and I really love it with the blazer. Totally different outfit. You have a great eye for that and I would have never seen this possibility in this dress. Love it. I bet Anthony had flashbacks of his mommas clothing styles when you bought these. Funny though!!

    When I first showed Anthony, he was like, "What is that!?" Haha! He did not see the potential, but I did.
